Standard Delivery to the US-
Orders under $100.00 USD are shipped First Class via US Postal Service for $5.95 USD, including insurance and tracking.
Orders over $100.00 USD are shipped FREE via US Postal Service, including insurance and tracking. US Priority ($8.95) or Express ($24.95) Mail services are available at an extra cost.
Attention International Customers- please be advised that upon receipt, your packages may be subject to duties and/or taxes of your nation's import rules that are beyond the control of Opera Bracelets. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class service for an international shipping and handling fee of $15.00 USD-this service comes with no insurance or tracking. Packages usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please note delivery may be slower during the holiday season.
For faster international delivery you may add the international supplement charge of $25.00 USD to your order. This will allow your order to be shipped using USPS International Express Mail. Packages arrive in approximately 5-7 business days. This service includes tracking and insurance.
Opera Bracelets Product Information
Opera Bracelets are created from stainless steel memory wire, glass and pewter beads or charms. All efforts are made to match the beads and charms shown in the Opera Bracelets photographs. However, bead suppliers often discontinue items without warning and in these cases, a substitution sensitive to the design will be made. While we strive for overall design consistency, the bracelets are unique and handmade and will have subtle differences in them.

Opera Bracelets contain very small pieces and should be kept away from children.
Opera Bracelets arrive in a drawstring organza bag within a gift box which also contains the associated synopsis bead chart (for "Full Story" Opera Bracelets) or explanatory card (for "Inspired By..." Opera Bracelets).
Fitting your Opera Bracelet
Memory wire is generally one size fits all. You can help your bracelet settle to the shape of your wrist by GENTLY compressing it with your alternate hand while wearing it -don't crimp or bend it.
If after a couple wearings you find it's feeling too small GENTLY grasp each end in alternate hands and stretch the coil apart. Do this in small increments trying it on frequently. There is no refund for bracelets that have been crimped or bent due to compression or stretched too far. The bracelets are pretty strong and should handle the minor fitting actions described if done gently and gradually.
Item Availability
All Opera Bracelets are individually handmade to order in Rochester NY and ordinarily ship within 3-5 days. If there should be any delay beyond this you will be contacted via email and all efforts will be made to get your Opera Bracelets to you as soon as possible. A delay is rare as we strive to have all components on hand to create your bracelet at any time.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your Opera Bracelet! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Simply return the merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Opera Bracelets will repair or replace any merchandise found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. A refund consists of a complete credit to your card minus any shipping and handling costs.
"What do I need to do?"
Email cindy@operabracelets.com prior to returning merchandise. Give the reason for the return, and specify whether you want a repair, replacement or a refund.
All returns must be unworn and in the original packaging.
All items are shipped insured at no extra charge. If damage occurred during shipping, immediately take your package to your local post office and they will assist you in processing your claim.
Detailed Information Regarding Returns and Warranties
On refunds, you will receive a complete credit minus any shipping and handling costs.
- Repairs and replacements will only be offered within 30 days of shipment on merchandise that is defective due to craftsmanship. Opera Bracelets cannot be held responsible for neglect or abuse of the merchandise.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs when returning merchandise.
- Merchandise must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear, or be altered in any way.
- Your return must be postmarked within 30 days (no exceptions) from the date it was shipped to you.
- When shipping returns, please place merchandise in original packaging and secure with packing materials, such as bubble wrap. Place merchandise in a protective mailing box or envelope. Shipper is responsible for damage to merchandise during shipment.
- We suggest that you ship using some form of postage where you are able to track the shipment. Include postal insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please phone 1-585-271-0864 if you need to cancel your order. All efforts will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not already shipped. In the event that a cancellation was requested, and your order was inadvertently shipped out afterward, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping after the merchandise is returned in saleable condition. Please refer to the section above for instruction on returning merchandise under Returns.
